This is a fantastic piece of equipment. It was not hard to to assemble, it took me about 3 hrs and that's because I took a few brakes in between . No tools needed it comes with everything you need. The only thing that was a little confusing was when it came to putting the weight plates on. That requires you to unscrew a few things. Putting this equipment together would go a little easier with two people but can done by one person if you are careful. But overall this is a wonderful piece of equipment, looks good feels very strong and well constructed. Trust me you will not regret buying the inspire fitness, I'm in my 40's and have worked out in gyms for most of my life . This equipment is right up there with anything you use in a fitness gym.


I studied cable crossovers for months for best price and quality before selecting this one.. Very easy assembly, two people but one just holds it steady for a short period and holds the cables when you add the weights.. Very smooth.. Comes with accessories that aren’t included on others, so it’s actually cheaper in the long run.. Great piece of equipment!

Also it cycles through the results which means you have to stare at the display or risk missing what you want to see - for me staring down while at a jog is a great way to loose balance. Emergency stop - has to be purposefully engaged unlike most that are connected to a string that you clip to yourself and turns off when it is pulled - so if you fall or something it would turn off automatically.
